A Week in a Minute

Our editor has been complaining lately that she has less and less time to work on this blog so we're trying a new trick called "A Week in a Minute" which is a summary of our week laid out in 60 seconds.
We played dress up.  Dad brought Elmer down from the attic for B and of course, he wanted nothing to do with it, but Cole hopped right on.

Poor Elmer is working hard under all that weight.

B took 5 steps in a row.  He is determined to beat me to the walking milestone and we are all pulling for him.

Of course, this means he's planning his escape as well.  Windows have been open around here lately so it's the perfect time for sneaking out and over to the girl's house for some of Mrs. O's cookies!

B is the happiest kid alive.  We're all pretty crazy about this guy.

He loves to play ball.  Soccer is of course his favorite, but he likes catch too.

This kid has 4 pounds on me when I was his age.  What a beefcake!

Mom and I have been hard at work decorating for Halloween.  I made these ghosts and she cut em out.  We also covered the entire sidewalk in scary pictures, put spiderwebs out and hung skeletons and spiders all over the place.

I love reading to B.  I can name almost every letter and love learning how to spell words.

My favorite thing to teach the little guy is Superhero-ology.  I pretty much have my PhD. so there's a lot of knowledge to transfer here and B is an eager student.

So, we're at 80 seconds now.  We didn't quite make it, but that's what we've been up to.  Hope you've been well!
