Happy Halloween

It's no secret that Mom loooooves Halloween!  Here's the breakfast we woke up to today!

Daddy's was extra freaky!

It's hard to wait all day for Trick or Treating, but we did. Here's our front stoop which sent more than one kid away screaming. Thanks Aunty Marianne for the BEST skeleton in our collection.
Coley was Harry Potter this year. Mom tried really hard to get me to be Draco Malfoy, but obviously a dementor is MUCH cooler. We met up with Liam and Leif and Hunter and Addison and took the neighborhood by storm.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Whose Party Is It?!

Mom and Dad told us we were having a Halloween party. They made kid snacks and everything.

Fullbright came early so we could get some time in with him.

B especially adores this kid.

As the night wore on, more and more grown ups came?!  Like this guy they called "Uncle Roger" who wouldn't put up with any back talk from B.

Row Row was a perfect angel all night.

The usual suspects were soon gathered around the bar.

It looked like they were up to no good.  Okay Uncle Louie always looks like he's up to no good.

Our awesome neighbors came... um... without the kids?!  Wait a minute...

We did get to have the run of the house, but I have a strong suspicion that this party was not really for us kids.

We still had a great time even though Evan took a pool ball to the eye.

Of course Gavin and Addie were there!

Everyone had an outstanding time.

New friendships were made

Crazy stuff was said!

Funny stuff too.

It's pretty cool when the Moms and Dads get along as well as the kids do.

You know... I think the Moms and Dads might have had MORE fun than us!

We'll get you next time, grown ups!  It's a kid's world. Don't you forget that.

Wrastlin'

Mom and Dad decided to put B into wrestling to help him work off some aggression. I went to the first practice and decided I'd try it too.

B is the youngest guy there, but don't let that fool you. He holds his own!

and me...  I LOVE it! I can't get enough.

We get there early and I'm on the mat as soon as I can find someone to wrestle me.

It's hard work and coach yells at us the whole time! If we don't listen, we do push ups!

B isn't too fond of having to wrestle kids with 20# on him, but he gives it his best!.

and I'm getting better and better every week.
Dylan is there too!  Conner thought he looked a little parched last week so he made a break for him with his water jug.

Here you go bro!  Okay, match on!

Boy vs. Tree

Last night B ran into a tree at Gavin's house. Mom and Dad literally had to hold him under the faucet and rinse bark out of his eye.

There is not much more to say about that. At least the tree is okay.

What to Be, What to Be...

Row Row cannot decide what to be for Halloween! Maybe a superhero?

Or perhaps a pirate?

Arrrr!  He makes a fine scallywag!

Museum Chaos

Today's Fall Break adventure required some very chill, well matched friends. There was no way we would've made it through without the Nelsons! Evan gave us all the great idea of trying to get as much of our bodies into the lockers as possible.

No sweat when you're skinny!

We tricked Aiden and Evan's Mom when she came back from the potty! Okay Mom's never find it funny when you pretend to be lost. How could we forget that??

The first order of business was a trip through the Haunted House.

Aiden's Mom was still a little shaken from the missing children trick.  Whew!

The Haunted House was awesome! It was all about pirates!

We got stamps at every station.

Evan almost lost his head.

It's totally not scary when your best bud is with you.

After the Haunted house, we had to ditch the big kids.  Aiden's Mom took them to see the Dinosaur exhibit, while Mommy took Aiden and I to see the Ninja Turtle exhibit.

We were in HEAVEN!

Lately there have been more "are they twins?" and "Aiden!  I mean Brycey!" incidents. We do look and act like brothers.

Double Trouble.

We fight almost as much as we play together.  Just like real bros.

We are best buds deep down though.

Coley found a baby panda to feed. That is, until Evan came through and killed it.

Then Mommy took the big boy down to the treasure hunting exhibit, which is Coley's all time favorite.

They did a lot of building and measuring and reading.  Lame!

These to would make excellent archeologists.

Thankfully Aiden's Mommy took us to the playscape where we could move!

At the last stop, we spent a LONG time moving rocks from one spot to another.  Like a REALLY long time.

We built some boats.

and we played in the water.  Pretty much everyone got hangry so we had to split before Mom yelled at any more children who were not her own.
