On The Road

After a snafu with our cabin rental that made us have to extend our countdown a week, we were finally on the road to Tennessee! On the way, B discovered salad with BACON on it! Note the two bowls. Those would be both Mom and Dad's salads. He was so excited, he didn't even sit down!

Next we strolled over to the Dog Patch. That place is packed with funny hillbilly stuff. Mom and Dad gave us a budget and let us each buy whatever we wanted. I picked a mood ring, a statue that looked like my fur brother and a little license plate with my name on it.

B selected a bear claw, a switchblade comb and fake cigarettes. Are you surprised?

He was a little peeved that the cigs didn't actually emit smoke.

I decided it was best to keep my mood ring from him. It might blow up with that boy's intensity!

UPDATE:  I wore the ring for two days straight. It didn't change from relaxed, but my finger turned olive green so Mom made me take it off.
