Happy Birthday Bryce!

What an awesome day!  I knew it was a special day when Mom started blowing up balloons before 8am.
Cole and I had a balloon party on their bed for almost a full hour.

Then slowly but surely my favorite people started showing up!
Grandma, Ota and Aunt Marianne started things off.
Then came almost ALL of our old neighbors.
You can see Mr. and Mrs. Hunt, Grandma Pam and Grandpa Gene, my girls and Julie and Kent.
Gaines and I put on a Gangnam Style show for the ladies.

We sure do love this group of people.
We miss them too!

It was so cool to run wild throughout the house with Cole, Braylon, Lila, Izzy, Oli, Calvin, Gaines, Keegan, Katie and my best buddy Jonah.  Jonah was born on Christmas Day and we've been buds since I started at daycare about 9 months ago.

I LOVED having everyone around and wasn't shy for even a minute.  I did need a teeny bit of help with the candles, but hey - it was a giant cake and they were far away!  Thanks Gaines for the assist.

Daddy took down the punching bag and put a firetruck pinata up in it's place.  I got first crack at it.

Then my buddy Jonah.

We had some heavy hitters in the house!  Braylon did some serious damage.

So did Gaines and Keegan.

But wow... Izzy tore the thing UP!  Thanks big Cuz!
Thanks also Daddy, for working hard to keep most of us out of reach of the bat.  There were a few heads knocked around, but none of us minded because...

It was absolutely PACKED with candy!

I scored a ton of awesome gifts.  Thank you everyone!
Jonah and I took my new wagon for a spin around pool table.

We partied all the way until the last guests left at 7.  Whew!
Mom made us head straight downstairs to help with cleanup duty in the morning.
What a mess!

You know how we men are... We wound up recounting stories at the bar.  Sigh...

What an fantastic day I had!  Thank you to everyone who came out even though it's the busiest time of the year!
Thanks especially to Uncle Scott, Aunty Stephanie, Grandma, Ota and Aunt Marianne who drove 6 hours just to celebrate with us.  We love you all!
