| We woke up to a winter MESS today. It's really pretty outside, but we'd hate to have to drive in this mess. There's a solid layer of ice on everything. Walking on our lawn is like walking on a lake that's started to freeze over. The ice crackles and everything. |
Mom took a little walk around and almost bit it trying to get from the lawn to the sidewalk.

| So, we are staying inside snuggling up and watching movies today. Not a bad deal! |
