Rubiks Progress

Hey Uncle Kyle! Got the 2x2 worked out on my own tonight!

How to Eat Mexican Food

Step One:  Tell your Mom you're starving and the only thing that's delicious is steak.
Step Two: Get your brother on board.
Step Three: Roll out to El Jaripeo (Mexican).
Step Four: Walk in like a boss. Wave and yell "Olaf!" at anyone who even slightly resembles a South American person.
Step Five: Sit in a booth. Proclaim it unfit. Move outside and wait for the waiter to deliver your menus, drinks, straws, chips and salsa. Then proclaim that table unfit too.
Step Six: Once settled into the right table, feed the majority of your basket of chips to the non existent "hiding birds" who are clearly starving.
Step Seven: Repeat "Olaf!" then order another basket of chips from the waiter. Ignore his glances at the chips around your feet. Argue loudly with Mom when she insists that we do not, in fact, need any more chips.
Step Eight: When the waiter asks for your order, demand steak "but not brown steak. Red steak. Like a wolf eats. Don't cook it!" Argue again with Mom when she butts in.
Step Nine: Make fun of your brother when he orders a cheese pizza. Tell him "vegetarians are lame-oh Coley!"
Step Ten: Dump your milk on top of the chips around your feet.
Step Eleven: When your platter of wolf meat arrives, insist that your brother try some. Remind him over and over that vegetarians are dumb and shove bites of meat in his face. Take full advantage of his uncontrollable laughter by actually inserting meat into his mouth when he laughs too hard.
Step Twelve: Chow Down! Mexican Food is the Best!

School Pictures

Well Mom was going to send me back in for re-takes this year, but Dad insisted this photo was "epic" and that it deserved a place of honor on the mantle. Maybe it's because he's the one who let me watch "Jaws" the night before picture day...
Of course Coley delivered the perfect product. I prefer a little more excitement in my photo shoot, but to each his own I guess.

Last Sweaty Summer Days

We were all dying after Coley's baseball game today. My poor buddy had to stay to watch ANOTHER big brother game, so we decided to rescue him for some swimming instead. We've been good buddies since I was 2 and he was 3. Thanks for finally making it over to my house, Carson!

Clogging Queen

After the parade, we walked over to the New Pal Festival to see our favorite girl next door dance. Chloe is an awesome clogger.

We got bored quickly, but we cheered her on nonetheless. Go Chloe Go!

Patriot Day Parade

Every year the Momparazzi tries to get to the Parades around town, and every year she fails. Not this year though! We made it out to Main St. in time to stake out a prime corner for candy pickin'

Of course she cried when the marching band came through. Even though they didn't throw candy, we turned our backs and pretended we didn't know the weird lady wiping her eyes repeatedly.

Then the candy started flying in. We had little to no competition on our corner.

All of a sudden we heard a bunch of people yelling "Hey Cole!" It was the boy scouts. We got SHOWERED by this group.

Mom liked these two creepy guys.

I mean.... YIKES!

This was our haul after about 30 minutes. The Momparazzi is happy to report that we will not need to purchase any Halloween candy this year!

Creepy Clown Sighting

We went to a bonfire at the Smith's tonight. Look at this creepy clown who wandered in out of the woods. YIKES!
