4th Annual Fire Station Open House

This will be the second year in a row that Grandma has taken us to the Fire Station Open house!  One of us is more into fire trucks than the other...

At Home With Grandma

This little boy's definition of heaven is two full days at home with Grandma all to myself!
We played and played and played and I didn't share ONE BIT.

Grandma always has time to be amazed with my costumes and watch my moves.

She can go outside to play whenever I want!

When Grandma's In Charge

Mom and Dad went off to Texas for a few days so we got to party with Grandma! We didn't want them to think we forgot about them so we made sure to do a little cowboyin' here in Indiana too.

I think Coley may be getting a little too old for the penny horse.

Fine Motor Skills

It's no secret that I have "exceptional fine motor skills."  This morning, I decided to put them to use and made my own PBJ for lunch.

Peanut Butter?  Check!

The Jelly is tricky and I like a combination of strawberry and grape so it takes quite a bit of skill to get it just right, but I've got it!

Expericents

There is nothing better than staying home all day in pajamas.  Today we dusted off Coley's experiment kit and book and got to work!

Mom wanted to make a love potion, but I decided to make it a death potion instead because Mom told me it was poisonous (Borax included) anyway. 

The Girl Next Door

If you've been to my house since the summer, you've probably met my really cool new neighbor, Chloe. Yes, she is a girl, but she's not REALLY a girl because she's super cool and she likes doing dumb stuff like singing at the top of her lungs, playing LEGO's, building forts and running around.

Today we are spies and Brycey is some sort of wild cowboy.
It sure is nice to have such an awesome girl next door who comes over and just goes with the flow!

Not Too Early for Every Spook!

Dad says it's "absolutely too early to start to decorating for Halloween" so Mom has to wait just a little longer before getting all of her fun and spooky things out.  It doesn't look like everyone else is waiting though!

This spooky guy built his enormous web right outside the front door. What an artist!

Last Days of Summer

Summer seems to be winding down so Dad and I are squeezing as much outdoor time in as we can.

Sometimes a guy just has to be outside.  Pajamas or not!

Inside Man

You really can't be a young male in this house unless you love to cuddle. Rowan is NO exception and he loves cuddling Dad and I best of all.

Maybe I can train him to be my inside man! Hey bud, what's he holding?!
